Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Brunswick Town Hall at 85 Union St., Brunswick, ME 04011 until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, April 6, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
The work site is located at 220 Neptune Drive, Brunswick, ME. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the Drawings and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Earthwork, layout, grading, and drainage for eight (8) asphalt pickleball courts, a perimeter stone dust walking trail, asphalt parking lot renovations and internal concrete sidewalks.
It should be assumed for bidding purposes that construction will start on May 15, 2023, will be substantially complete by October 15, 2023 and final completion by November 15, 2023.
